The 24th Innovation&Equity annual scientific proceeding has provided the roadmap to reach Our10Plan: the African-American economic strategy by 2026, the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.  The headquarters will be the most extensive galleries for Black art ever created and a global Diaspora business hub.    Last year, Innovation&Equity generated $1.5 billion.  That is our baseline for moving forward. Things may look challenging, but the Black labor movement that got its spark from the Bay Area caused overrode Ronald Reagan veto with a Republican Senate to end apartheid in South Africa in 1984.   They expect us to rise to this occasion.
