Bounce Back Black San Francisco shows new approach to planning

Experts describe how to plan for vibrant Black communities

California African-American Freedom Trail historian John William Templeton presents Bounce Back Black San Francisco to the San Francisco Planning Department Sept. 29 with an expert panel on developmental economics, historic preservation and environmental justice.

CAAFT sea cruises are scheduled Sept. 18,25 and Oct. 2, 9 and 16 at 10:30 a.m. from Fisherman’s Wharf. Templeton is joined by Dr. Charles Moses, dean of management at University of San Francisco; Ranger Noemesha Williams, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park and Dr. Malcolm Fabiyi, chief operating officer of 3Degrees Group.
