Angolan President João Lourenço greets historic visit of U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin
U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is the first holder of his post to visit Angola on Wednesday, Sept. 27 in Luanda giving a major speech which reflected on the continent’s wave of military coups and a surge in U.S. direct government to government engagement.
