Holness issues Hurricane Melissa evacuation order

KINGSTON–As Hurricane Melissa packs 145 mile per hour winds and is expected to drop 15 to 30 inches of rain on Jamaica, Prime Minister Andrew Holness has issued evacuation orders for the high risk parishes as designated on the map above.
